All DELVANE LOGISTICS engagements begin with a Freight Scope Review — a structured intake session where we confirm shipping requirements, capacity needs, timelinesne, and deliverable format. From this, we issue a Statement of Work that governs scope, methodology, milestones, and quality standards.
